LDW pricing update – two weeks prior

In just two weeks time, Vegas will be mobbed. Drowning with people desperate for one last big pool party in the sun before Summer officially packs its bags and leaves.

We’ve been following the prices for the hotel stay for that weekend – arriving on Friday and departing on the Monday (so three nights hotel stay).

This week, with just two weeks left, it looks like the cheaper half of the inventory is selling well so the prices for those hotels is increasing (Harrah’s by 25%, Flamingo by 22%, Quad by 16%) whilst the higher end hotel rooms are possibly not selling as well resulting in some good pricing for those (Bellagio pricing is flat, Venetian has dropped over 13%, Wynn is down over 16%).

Our advice? Where ever you plan to stay, book soon as we were still surprised that all the hotels below had availability for all three nights.
